It’s that time of the year again. The ONC is one of my favorite contests to take part in. They have prompts each year for you to choose from. Last year, my story, Playing with Thunder, reached the ONC Long list. It was a historical prompt that I mixed with a paranormal theme and Greek Mythology. It’s still on Wattpad if you want to read it.
This year I’m writing two stories for this contest.
Story One is a paranormal Romance, Forbidden love between an angel and a Demon. It’s called Forbidden. I know very original.
The second story is a horror called the Mansion. I mixed two prompts into that one. The person you took care of at hospital died and left you their Wiltshire Mansion. And the second one was the cupboard under the stairs has been closed since you rented the place, suddenly it’s opened. I think these two prompts are going well together and I’m standing at almost 4000 words in each story. It’s not that easy to write 20k words in 13 weeks. So hold thumbs, I finished both of them.
